Named for the year HKIS first opened its doors, Club 66 brings structured, coach-led fitness programs to the very campus where it all began. Our Spring Sprint is a 6-week pilot designed to build training habits that last — for parents, faculty, students, and the wider community.

Every class is capped for quality. Every session is coached. This isn't a gym membership — it's a program with a start, a finish, and a purpose.

Choose Your Program

Sign Up via Glofox

Registrations open March 23. Secure your spot with a simple online sign-up. Classes are capped — first in, first served.

Show Up & Train

6 weeks. Twice a week. Expert coaching. All equipment provided. Just bring yourself and the will to work.

Frequently Asked

No. Every class is designed to accommodate different fitness levels. Your coach will scale exercises to match your ability. The only requirement is the commitment to show up.

Classes run with 8 or more participants. If a class doesn't reach the minimum, you'll be notified before the start date and offered a full refund or transfer to another class.

Absolutely. Many of our time slots are designed so you can stack programs across the week. Check the schedules above to find combinations that work for you.

The Spring Sprint is exclusively available to the HKIS community — students, parents, faculty, and alumni. All classes take place on the HKIS campus.

Classes affected by the May 25 public holiday will run adjusted make-up sessions. Specific times will be confirmed with participants before the date.

Athletic clothing, indoor trainers, a water bottle, and a towel. All training equipment is provided on-site. For Spin classes, cycling shoes are optional but recommended.

Pro-rata places are available. Email us with your preferred program and we'll invoice you for the remaining sessions at HKD $225 / session.
